1. Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, not at this time. We only ship within the US.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take 5-8 business days. Your items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver.
3. Do you accept returns?
Only under special circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
4. My coffee mug(s) arrived broken. Can I get a refund?
If your coffee mug(s) arrived broken or damaged, we are sorry this happened. Please take pictures of the broken/damaged item(s) and its packaging, and DO NOT send back your item(s). Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the form on our contact page, and we will get back to you within 24 hours and provide your next steps to resolve your issue.
5. I received the wrong item(s). Can I return it and get the correct thing?

6. I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can I get a refund?
If you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can do our best to update your address before it is shipped. However, we can not guarantee the shipping address will be corrected, and if it can not, we can not issue refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address. To avoid this, please verify your shipping address before checkout and send it only to an address where you will be available to receive your package.
7. My package was stolen. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds for stolen packages.
8. I shipped my order to the correct address, but the carrier delivered it to the wrong address. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds for packages delivered to the wrong address due to carriers’ mistakes.
9. I never received my order. Can I get a refund?
